14-day refund window
Premium subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge for any reason. Email us with your account email and we'll process within 5 business days.
EU/UK statutory withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK you have an additional 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU/UK consumer protection law.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please email us first — we'll resolve almost any issue in a single reply. Chargebacks may result in your account being suspended.
